LAWYERS SEEK HAUN TESTIMONY IN DALLY PENALTY PHASE.

Byline: Don Holland Daily News Staff Writer

Prosecutors seeking to send convicted killer Michael Dally to Death Row want his former lover and co-conspirator, Diana Haun, to testify during the penalty phase of Dally's trial.

The jury, he continued, convicted Dally solely on ``bad character'' evidence - and not on evidence that Dally was involved in the killing.

A hearing on motions surrounding Haun's possible testimony is scheduled for April 15. Dally's penalty phase is set to begin April 20.
