LAWSUIT SEEKING INSURANCE BENEFITS.

GLENDALE - Heirs of Armenian Genocide Editing of this page by unregistered or newly registered users is currently disabled due to vandalism.  victims who are seeking outstanding life insurance benefits have filed a class-action lawsuit in Los Angeles Los Angeles (lôs ăn`jələs, lŏs, ăn`jəlēz'), city (1990 pop. 3,485,398), seat of Los Angeles co., S Calif.; inc. 1850.  against an international conglomerate.

The lawsuit filed Thursday in federal court against AXA AXA Anguilla, Anguilla (Airport Code)
AXA Alpha Chi Alpha
AXA Animal Crossing Ahead (online forum community/guide to the game Animal Crossing)
AXA Auxiliary Artery
 Financial Inc. names the lead plaintiffs as the Kurkdjian family of Van Nuys and the Yirikian and Topadjian families of Glendale.

``From the records that we have gathered, there were at least a half dozen (insurance) companies operating in Turkey that had been gobbled up by AXA,'' said Vartkes Yeghiayan, a Glendale attorney representing the plaintiffs.

AXA's vice president of public relations public relations, activities and policies used to create public interest in a person, idea, product, institution, or business establishment. By its nature, public relations is devoted to serving particular interests by presenting them to the public in the most , Barbara Wilkoc, could not be reached for comment.

Yeghiayan is the same attorney who initiated a class-action lawsuit against New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 Life Insurance Co. in 1999, also claiming outstanding life insurance benefits for heirs of genocide victims.

He said his research so far indicates AXA has yet to pay more than 11,000 claims related to Armenian American descendants.
