LASON Unveils Enhanced Indexing Retrieval Imaging System (IRIS) at IACREOT 35th Annual Conference.

LASON's IRIS software offers a turnkey solution for the cashiering, indexing, document imaging, reporting, and searching of Land Records, Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), Vital Records (Birth, Death, Marriage), and other documents recorded in the courthouse. With this solution, all key information can be securely filed online offering fast and instantaneous recording. All indexing and retrieval methods can be customized to the individual agency needs to meet specific index requirements. In addition, the system offers new document label printing capabilities, it enables users to link documents to earlier recorded documents for easy search and retrieval, and it offers automated batch scanning to reduce scanning time and operator intervention and also offers an enhanced user interface with backup and reporting capabilities. The system is highly secure, efficient and conforms to all state and federal standards.
