LASERMEDICS TO RE-REGISTER AND EXTEND CLASS 'A' AND CLASS 'B' WARRANTS; CONFIRMS ISSUANCE OF CLASS 'C' WARRANT
STAFFORD, Texas, June 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Lasermedics, Inc. (OTC: LMDX), announced today that its board of directors has voted to re-register and extend the expiration date of any and all of its Class "A" and Class "B" common stock purchase warrants that have not been exercised by 5:00 p.m. Central Time today, the date they were due to expire. The Class "A" and Class "B" warrants are exercisable at $7.50 and $10, respectively. Lasermedics confirmed that it will issue one new Class "C" warrant for each common share owned, to all shareholders of record as of June 15, 1993, and that the new warrant will be issued on June 25, 1993. The company said the new "C" warrant will be exercisable at $12.50. Lasermedics, Inc. is the leader in "cold" (non-invasive) laser technology.
