The expansion also will add a 250-room hotel and a 200-acre golf course. Other additions include bingo and off-track wagering areas, a VIP lounge, a child care center, and a 100-seat steak house along with an expanded buffet restaurant. The casino plans to add 600 employees after the improvements, the construction of which is expected to begin this summer. North Hollywood-based Landmark, which is half-owned by noted investor Prince Alaweed Bin Talal Abdulaziz Al Saud, is a veteran of casino construction, including most of the design work for Caesar's Palace and the Desert Kingdom hotels in Las Vegas.
