LANDLORD BOOST FOR TENANTS.TENANTS were given new powers by their housing association. Landlord Venture, which has homes in Liverpool Liverpool, city (1991 pop. 448,300), NW England, on the Mersey River near its mouth. It is one of Britain's largest cities. Tenant volunteers also received intensive training. Committee member Eddie Cotton Eddie Cotton (born on June 15, 1927 in Muskogee, OK) was an American boxer. Professional Career Eddie Cotton was a Light Heavyweight Contender from the late 1950s until his retirement in the late 1960s. He was known as a good defensive fighter, although not very exciting. said: "It would be easy to stay at home and complain about problems in my area, but I believe that by working with Venture I can make a real difference." The committee was formed after tenants called for a bigger role in decision-making. |
