LANCASTER MAN FACES PRISON IN VANDALISM.

A Lancaster businessman who officials say vandalized a competitor's equipment faces a four-year prison term after entering a guilty plea, officials said Wednesday.

Karlis, the owner of an industrial outdoor cleaning company, is due to be sentenced March 4.
