Macintosh Group (LAMG) today released the iMac Essentials CD, a compilation of up-to-date, useful shareware that runs on a variety of Macintoshes, including the new iMac from Apple (Nasdaq:AAPL AAPL Apple Computer, Inc. (stock symbol) AAPL American Association of Professional Landmen AAPL American Academy of Psychiatry and the Law AAPL Advance Audiovisual Presentation Limited AAPL Advocates for Arkansas Public Libraries ). Among the programs included are educational favorites like FlashCard Maker and Al Bunny, a prime selection of TrueType fonts, great games like Escape Velocity escape velocity, the velocity a body must be given in order to escape the gravitational hold of some other larger body, e.g., the earth, moon, or sun.
