WHY:     LADWP Board of Commissioners are normally conducted the first
         and third Tuesday of the month at the LADWP John Ferraro
         Building in downtown Los Angeles. The Board's next meeting is
         one of several off-site meetings planned this year in various
         communities of Los Angeles.
