LABOR LEADER BACKS HILTON EMPLOYEES.

The head of the Los Angeles Los Angeles (lôs ăn`jələs, lŏs, ăn`jəlēz'), city (1990 pop. 3,485,398), seat of Los Angeles co., S Calif.; inc. 1850.  County Federation of Labor on Thursday voiced support for Glendale Hilton employees who claim they have been intimidated during a union organizing drive.

The Hilton looks forward to stating its case in an upcoming NLRB hearing, General Manager Linda Norman said in a written statement.

"The union is denying Hilton Glendale employees the right to a secret ballot," Norman said. "Hilton has a right - and a responsibility - to communicate with team members all the facts about union representation so that they can make an informed decision through the federally protected secret-ballot process."
