LA Sports & Entertainment Commission Publishes 2007 Sports & Entertainment Calendar.

LOS ANGELES -- Schedules for Los Angeles' professional sports teams, as well as special sports and entertainment events for 2007, are featured in the tenth annual LASEC Sports & Entertainment Calendar being released this week by the LA Sports & Entertainment Commission (LASEC).

Included in the calendar are next year's schedules for the Dodgers, Lakers, Clippers, Avengers, USC and UCLA. Other major special events listed include theater performances, the GRAMMYs, Emmy Awards, City of Los Angeles Marathon, tennis tournaments, NASCAR Racing and Thoroughbred Racing at Santa Anita and Hollywood Park.

Also highlighted are special LASEC events such as Basketball 101 with the Los Angeles Lakers, the 8th Annual LASEC Golf Classic at The Riviera Country Club and NFL 101/201. The calendar also includes seating charts for all major sports and entertainment venues.

"The purpose of the LASEC calendar is to help promote Los Angeles' major events by publishing one calendar that includes all team schedules and special sports and entertainment events," says Kathy Schloessman, LASEC president. "The calendar is an essential tool for all Los Angeles sports and entertainment fans," she says.
