Mr. Petz represented the holder of the note, Hush Holdings, in this transaction. In the final transaction, a second mortgage financing in the amount of $250,000 was arranged for 100 State St. in Boston, Mass. Michael Prakken originally arranged a $3.2 million first mortgage for this same property in fall of 2003.
