L.J. Melody arranges an Olympia Ave. loan.


L.J. Melody & Company has arranged permanent fixed rate financing for 39 Olympia Ave. in Woburn, Ma. Built in 1960, the property features masonry masonry: see brick; concrete; stonework; tile.

VinCo Properties acquired the industrial facility in August 2003 from Concepts NERC NERC Natural Environment Research Council (UK)
