L.A. WINELINE WINE, CHEESE DON'T ALWAYS PLAY NICELY.

Look for a lively discussion among wine lovers when the March issue of the American Journal of Enology and Viticulture publishes its report on a wine and cheese study conducted by the University of California, Davis The University of California, Davis, commonly known as UC Davis, is one of the ten campuses of the University of California, and was established as the University Farm in 1905. .

Cheese dulls the taste of red wine, the study, already reported in the New Scientist, tells us.
