The Lakers have spent their free-agent allowance, signing Vladimir Radmanovic and Shammond Williams Shammond Omar Williams (born April 5 1975, in the Bronx, New York) is an American professional basketball player. The 6'1" combination point guard/shooting guard is known for his long-range shooting accuracy. In 2006-07 he played for the Los Angeles Lakers of the NBA. . Radmanovic gets a deal for the maximum mid-level exception (five years and $30.2 million) while Williams will cost the Lakers their bi-annual exception (one year and $1.75 million). They still could sign a player for the league minimum or complete a sign-and-trade deal.

So far, the Lakers have added four players with guaranteed contracts this summer, including Jordan Farmar Jordan Robert Farmar (born November 30, 1986) is an American professional basketball player at starting point guard for the NBA's Los Angeles Lakers.

He was previously the starting point guard for the UCLA men's basketball team.

He stands 7 feet tall (213 cm) and weighs 265 pounds (120 kg).  and Andrew Bynum; power forwards Lamar Odom, Ronny Turiaf and Brian Cook; small forwards Radmanovic and Luke Walton; shooting guards Kobe Bryant, Evans and Aaron McKie; point guards Smush Parker, Williams, Sasha Vujacic and Farmar.
