The Toronto Blue Jays are a professional baseball team based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The Blue Jays are a member of the Eastern Division of Major League Baseball's American League.
 are one of five or six teams showing an interest in the free-agent second baseman but that talks are a little farther along with two others. The Jays have talked trade for Kennedy on several occasions, most recently last July when they were trying to rid themselves of Shea Hillenbrand.
