Galaxy XI, one of the world's largest communications satellites, marks the debut of Hughes Space and Communications' (HSC HSC - High Speed Connect ) new fleet of 702 satellites. HSC utilized L-3 Storm's Integrated Satellite Interface System (ISIS) for every phase of Galaxy XI deployment.
