KDI's annual sales for 2001 are expected to be approximately $70 million, with significant growth prospects for 2002. The acquisition is expected to be accretive to L-3's earnings in 2001. Based in Clermont County, Ohio Clermont County is a county located in the state of Ohio, United States, just east of Cincinnati.
