L-3 Communications' Link Simulation and Training Selected by Frost & Sullivan for Two Military Flight Simulation Market Awards.

FARNBOROUGH, England -- L-3 Communications (NYSE: LLL) today announced that its Link Simulation and Training division (Link) has been chosen to receive the 2004 Market Penetration Leadership Award and 2004 Technology Leadership Award for North American military flight simulation from Frost & Sullivan, a global consulting and market research organization.

According to Juliette Salvati, senior analyst in aerospace and defense for Frost & Sullivan, Link was chosen for the awards due its strong market position and product innovation through the introduction of advanced simulation technologies.
