1024MB DDR (Double Data Rate) Refers to an SDRAM memory chip that increases performance by doubling the effective data rate of the frontside bus. For more details, see SDRAM.

DDR - Double Data Rate Random Access Memory
3 Video Memory machine is designed around a Intel P965 workstation-class PCI-Express architecture with Dual-Channel DDR-II 800MHz (MegaHertZ) One million cycles per second. It is used to measure the transmission speed of electronic devices, including channels, buses and the computer's internal clock. A one-megahertz clock (1 MHz) means some number of bits (16, 32, 64, etc.  SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM) A type of dynamic RAM (DRAM) memory chip that has been widely used since the late 1990s. SDRAM chips eliminated wait states by dividing the chip into two cell blocks and interleaving data between them.  and a 1066MHz Bus speed, fitted with a latest generation Intel Core Duo 2 X6800 Extreme Processor, shipped accelerated at 3.37GHz clock speeds and supporting higher CPUs core speeds up to a theoretical 4Ghz.

With an optional L Multi-head adapter, the new Metropolis natively supports up to three-DVI external outputs with individual resolutions of up to 2048x1536 pixels per panel (6144x1536 total resolution) for direct connectivity right out-of-the-box with L's Gemini and Cinerama large format displays. A docking station with multiple swappable jackets ranging from Quad-RAID hard drive configurations to desktop full size PCI-Express slots will be equally available transforming the new Metropolis into the most powerful and modular desktop replacement notebook on the market.
