Kyocera Mita America Announces Powerful Version of Award Winning Document Capture Workflow Solution; KYOcapture 2.01 Integrates with Leading Document Management Software Applications.


FAIRFIELD, N.J. -- Kyocera Mita America, one of the world's leading document imaging companies, today introduced KYOcapture version 2.01, an upgraded, highly functional edition of its award-winning server-based document capture workflow solution. KYOcapture 2.01, powered by AutoStore technology, features a suite of enhanced features, including cutting-edge color scanning capability through the KM-C2630 color MFP (MultiFunction Printer, MultiFunction Peripheral) See all-in-one and MFD. , and greater compatibility with leading document management software programs such as ABBY Forms Recognition and Westbrook's Fortis and FileMagic.

KYOcapture 2.01 enables select Kyocera MFPs to seamlessly capture, process and route paper or electronic-based documents to multiple locations and document management systems. As open-architecture middleware, KYOcapture offers one-click integration with existing or new document management systems, acting as a secure portal through which these documents travel.
