Kushner names C&W retail leasing agent at Landings.

 development in Perth Amboy Perth Amboy (ăm`boi), city (1990 pop. 41,962), Middlesex co., NE N.J., with a harbor on Arthur Kill at the mouth of the Raritan River, which is crossed there to Staten Island, N.Y., by the Outerbridge Crossing (1928); settled 1683, inc. , announced Ira Bloom, director of commercial leasing for Kushner Properties Kushner Properties is a real estate developer in the New York City metropolitan area.

The company's biggest presence is in the New Jersey residential market. It also owns in the Puck Building in New York City.
. The $600 million mixed-use project is under construction in the city's historic marina district.

Michael Stone and Justin Stein, Cushman & Wakefield's New Jersey retail specialists, have been selected to market the approximately 150,000 s/f of retail space planned for the entire Landings at HarborSide development.

Their retail services team is targeting local, regional and national retailers for the 27,500 s/f of ground-floor space currently available in Phase 1. When completed, The Landings at HarborSide will include 2,100 residential units and abundant amenities, including a marina, parks, recreation and a future hotel site. , Garden State Parkway The Garden State Parkway is a 172.4-mile (277-km) limited-access toll parkway that stretches the length of New Jersey from the New York state line at Montvale, New Jersey, to Cape May at the southern tip of the state. Its name refers to the state nickname, the "Garden State". , Routes 287 and 440, and public train and bus service. It is also just minutes from Perth Amboy's thriving downtown.

Kushner Properties is the commercial leasing and management division of Kushner Companies, a diversified diversified (di·verˑ·s  real estate organization based in Florham Park.

In 2000, Kushner Companies' construction arm--Westminster Communities--was designated the redeveloper of approximately 49 acres along Perth Amboy's waterfront.

Westminster Communities is now constructing the first two residential complexes for Phase 1 of The Landings, with the third about to begin. The Admiral ADMIRAL, officer. This office does not exist in the United States.  and The Bay View, scheduled for occupancy during 2006, include a total of 164 luxury condominiums and townhomes, underground parking, 8,600 s/f of ground-floor retail space, and a 6,000 s/f health club.
