Kushner buys $45m Windsor Towers.

Windsor Park is the home ground of the Northern Irish football club, Linfield FC, in Belfast.
, two 13-story luxury apartment buildings on Chapel Avenue in Cherry Hill Cherry Hill, township (1990 pop. 69,319), Camden co., W central N.J.; name was changed from Delaware township to Cherry Hill in 1961. . Robert Ploshnick and Joseph Brecher, of Gebroe-Hammer Associates, brokered the transaction, which was valued at more than $45 million.

Built in the mid-1960s, the curved, white-faced buildings feature a kidney-shaped outdoor swimming pool, tennis court, ample parking and 24-hour doorman service.

Located near Kings Highway, the towers are within walking distance of Cherry Hill Library and in close proximity to Kennedy Hospital, several shopping centers shopping center, a concentration of retail, service, and entertainment enterprises designed to serve the surrounding region. The modern shopping center differs from its antecedents—bazaars and marketplaces—in that the shops are usually amalgamated into  and numerous houses of worship.

"The Towers of Windsor Park are among the finest high-rise assets along the desirable Philadelphia-Trenton corridor," said Richard Stadtmauer, vice chairman and managing partner of Kushner Companies.

"With spacious units and first-rate amenities, they are a prestigious addition to our portfolio."

Towers of Windsor Park joins three other multifamily properties in Cherry Hill owned by Kushner Companies and operated by its property management affiliate, Westminster Management. The others include the 89-unit Lexington House on Chestnut Street, the 188-unit Colonial Apartments on Cooper Landing Road and the 59-unit Sussex House on nearby Kings Highway North.

"Upgrades and capital improvements will always rank high on our list of property management priorities, regardless of our nearly lO0 percent occupancy rates," Stadtmauer noted.
