The Kushner Companies announced that Dreifuss Bonacci & Parker, LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol  has signed a 5,000 s/f lease at 26 Columbia Turnpike turnpike, road paid for partly or wholly by fees collected from travelers at tollgates. It derives its name from the hinged bar that prevented passage through such a gate until the toll was paid. See also road.  in Florham Park, N.J. The company's biggest presence is in the New Jersey residential market. It also owns in the Puck Building in New York City.
