Saba Solution to Accelerate Key Training Initiatives

Saba (Nasdaq:SABA), the leading provider of human capital development and management (HCDM) solutions, today announced that its latest customer based in South Africa, Kumba Resources, has successfully deployed Saba Enterprise Learning to accelerate a company-wide SAP R/3 upgrade. Saba alliance partner Allos, a provider of e-learning services, was responsible for the implementation.

The implementation of the Saba solution has helped significantly improve Kumba employee time-to-competency and has reduced employee training time on this project by an estimated fifty per cent.
