As a natural evolution of a successful relationship, Automatic Data Processing, Inc. ADP and Kronos signed a three-year contract extension that will enable ADP to continue to offer Kronos' Timekeeper Central(R) software product and Kronos terminals, and add Kronos' Workforce Central(TM) suite to ADP's existing time and labor management solutions. This further strengthens ADP's position as the market leader in providing a full line of scaleable and integrated HR, benefits, time and labor management and payroll solutions for all size organizations. ADP offers Kronos' software products on a month-to-month subscription service model. By allowing ADP to offer Workforce Central, Kronos expands the range of Kronos products available to ADP's large installed customer base and increases Kronos' potential revenue derived from Workforce Central.
