Kroll Acquires Elite Intelligence Consulting and Analytical Training Company, Expands Homeland Security Services.


NEW YORK -- Kroll Inc., the global risk consulting company, announced today that it has acquired Homeland Solutions, LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.

, a privately-held intelligence management consulting and analytical training company recognized for its role in developing and deploying the counter-terrorism information-sharing networks used by the nation's law enforcement and intelligence communities. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
