She will have responsibility for KFNA's five operating groups and 15 business divisions, as well as new product development. Rosenfeld will be succeeded by David S. Johnson David Stifler Johnson (born December 9, 1945) is a computer scientist specializing in algorithms and optimization. He is currently the head of the Algorithms and Optimization Department of AT&T Labs Research. , 45, formerly Group Vice President, KFNA, and President, Beverages, Desserts and Cereals, as Group Vice President, KFNA, and President, Operations, Technology, Procurement and Information Systems.

Both Rosenfeld and Johnson are members of Kraft's Management Committee and report to Holden.

Elizabeth A. Smith, 39, formerly Executive Vice President, KFNA, and General Manager, Beverages, was named Group Vice President, KFNA, and President, Beverages, Desserts & Cereals, reporting to Rosenfeld.

Daryl Brewster, 45, formerly Executive Vice President, KFNA, and General Manager, Biscuits, has been named Group Vice President, KFNA, and President, Canada, Mexico & Puerto Rico, reporting to Rosenfeld.

Smith and Brewster will join the KFNA Management Committee.

Michael Mudd, 51, Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs, has been named to the KFNA Management Committee, reporting to Holden.

In addition, the company announced four new division heads:

Nick Meriggioli, 39, formerly Vice President, Marketing and Strategy, Oscar Mayer Oscar Mayer is an American meat and cold cut production company, now owned by Kraft Foods, known for its hot dogs, bologna, bacon and Lunchables products.

German immigrant Oscar Ferdinand Mayer
, has been named Executive Vice President, KFNA, and General Manager, Oscar Mayer, reporting to Richard G. Searer, Group Vice President, KFNA, and President, Oscar Mayer, Pizza and Food Service.

Fred Schaeffer, 42, formerly Vice President, Strategy and Development, Kraft Canada, has been named Executive Vice President, KFNA, and General Manager, Kraft Canada, reporting to Brewster.

John Cowles, 39, formerly Vice President, Marketing for Biscuits, has been named Executive Vice President, KFNA, and General Manager, Beverages, reporting to Smith.

Meriggioli, Schaeffer and Cowles will join Butler as members of the KFNA Operating Committee.

Rosenfeld joined General Foods Corporation in 1981. During her career at Kraft, she has lead a number of business divisions, including Beverages, Desserts and Snacks, Kraft Canada and Mexico/Puerto Rico, and most recently has overseen Operations, Technology, Procurement and Information Systems.

Johnson began his career at Kraft in 1986 as a brand manager in the Cheese Division and has held leadership positions in the Pizza, Beverages and Desserts division, and Strategy, among others.

Smith joined General Foods Corporation in 1990 as an Assistant Product Manager in the Desserts Division. Her career has encompassed a number of sales, marketing and strategy positions, including Vice President, Marketing for the Beverages Division.

After several years at General Foods, Brewster joined Nabisco in 1996 as President of the Specialty Products Division, overseeing brands including Planters nuts, A.1. steak sauce, Cream of Wheat Cream of Wheat is a hot breakfast cereal invented in 1893 by wheat millers in Grand Forks, North Dakota[1]. The cereal is currently manufactured and sold by B&G Foods. Until 2007, it was the Nabisco brand made by Kraft Foods.  cereals, Grey Poupon mustards and Milk-Bone dog biscuits. He joined Kraft in December of 2000 as part of the Nabisco acquisition.

Meriggioli joined Kraft as a senior brand manager in 1992 and has held marketing and strategy positions in the Kraft Cheese Division. He joined the Oscar Mayer business in January of 2001.

After joining Kraft as a National Category Sales Manager in 1992, Schaeffer has progressed through a number of brand and marketing strategy positions in the Kraft Cheese and New Meals divisions. He joined Kraft Canada in February 2002.

Cowles joined Kraft in 2000 as part of the Nabisco acquisition and has been Vice President of Marketing, Cookies since that time.
