), a global leader in branded foods and beverages, announced that Todd C. Brown, Executive Vice President of Kraft Foods North America, and President, e-Commerce, has decided to retire at the end of June.

"During his 20 years with Kraft, Todd has excelled in a number of different marketing roles, leading businesses such as Desserts & Snacks, Beverages & Desserts, Food Service and most recently, our e-Commerce Division," said Paula A. Sneed, Group Vice President, Kraft Foods North America, and President, e-Commerce & Marketing Services. "In addition, Todd has always been active in the local community - so it should come as no surprise that after retiring from Kraft, he plans to join an organization that will enable him to give back to the community.

In Brown's current assignment at Kraft, he has been responsible for implementing Kraft's e-Commerce strategies.
