Korean War F9F-5 Panther.The Combat Air Museum has completed the restoration of F9F-5 Panther BuNo 126226, which is now on display. The aircraft flew combat missions over North Korea with Fighter Squadron 51 from 8 February to 15 March 1953 as part of Carrier Air Group 5 aboard Valley Forge Valley Forge, on the Schuylkill River, SE Pa., NW of Philadelphia. There, during the American Revolution, the main camp of the Continental Army was established (Dec., 1777–June, 1778) under the command of Gen. George Washington.
