Korea Aerospace Industries and Eurocopter signed a Memorandum of Understanding to create a joint venture company to promote the Korean Utility Helicopter (KUH) on the worldwide market. The KUH is an eight tonne class military/utility transport helicopter. The joint venture will be operational by 2010 with 51% belonging to KIA and 49% ownership to Eurocopter.
