The Abilene Reporter-News Abilene Reporter-News is a daily newspaper based in Abilene, Texas, USA. It is owned by the newspaper group, The E.W. Scripps Company. Independent Publishing Co. in Anderson, S.C., publishes the 38,000 daily circulation Anderson Independent-Mail and commercial jobs, including Clemson University's Orange & White sports publication.
