Kodak Board Names Morris and Jacobson as Vice Presidents.

ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- Eastman Kodak Company (NYSE:EK) announced today that its board of directors has elected Sandra Morris and Jeff Jacobson as Vice Presidents of the company, effective immediately.

Sandra Morris, 51, joined Kodak as Vice President and General Manager, Digital Imaging Services group in May 2005. Morris is responsible for driving growth of the KODAK EASYSHARE Gallery (formerly OFOTO), as well as expanding the KODAK Mobil Service.

Morris was formerly a senior executive at Intel Corporation and is widely respected for her strong strategic vision and operating skills. During her 17 years with the company, she contributed to Intel's multimedia and communications products, as well as online-related marketing and industry activities. Her management expertise spans software and Internet services technology development, marketing, communications, strategic planning, supply chain operations, and business development.

Morris was corporate vice president and general manager of business operations for the Mobility Group (formerly for the Intel Communications Group). Prior to that, she was Co-Chief Information Officer for Intel. As co-CIO, Morris developed and led the vision to revamp many of Intel's business processes and business systems to enable a 100-percent e-corporation, improving how Intel's employees, customers and suppliers work. This resulted in significant cost savings and improved business-planning processes worldwide. Morris was promoted to Vice President of Intel in January 1999 and appointed a corporate Vice President in 2000.

Morris' technology career began as a researcher and multimedia pioneer, connecting senior scientists at RCA's David Sarnoff Research Center with uses of multimedia and digital video applications for families, schools, and businesses. When this group was acquired by Intel Corporation, Morris led product development and standard efforts in PC-based video conferencing, telephony products and Internet communications applications.

A native of Harrisburg, PA, Morris holds an M.S. in Human Development and Life Span Development, and a B.S. in education from the University of Delaware. She also completed the Stanford University Executive Program.

Jeff Jacobson, 45, is Chief Operating Officer for Kodak's Graphic Communications Group and President of the Graphic Solutions & Services business. He joined Kodak following the company's acquisition of Kodak Polychrome Graphics (KPG) in April 2005.

Jacobson was one of the founding managers of KPG, a successful joint venture between Eastman Kodak Company and Sun Chemical. He was named Chief Executive Officer of Kodak Polychrome Graphics in March 2000. In this role, Jacobson led the growth of KPG into an industry leading digital and business solutions provider and directed the integration of multiple acquired businesses into the global KPG organization. Under his leadership, KPG delivered 18 consecutive quarters of profitable growth. Jacobson joined KPG when it was formed in January 1998 as President of the United States & Canada Region and Corporate Vice President and subsequently became President KPG Americas and a Corporate Senior Vice President.

Jacobson joined the Polychrome organization in 1987 and advanced to Corporate Director, Human Resources, in 1993. He became General Manager, Polychrome Canada, in 1994 and Eastern Regional Manager in 1995. A year later, he was named Vice President, Sales, for Polychrome Americas. Prior to joining Polychrome, Jacobson was employed by Radio Corporation of America (RCA) and Paramount Pictures Corporation.

Jacobson is an active leader in the graphic arts industry. He is the former chairman of the advisory committee of New York University's Center for Graphic Arts Management and Technology, a former member of the board of directors of the Graphic Arts Technical Foundation (GATF), and a former member of the National Printing Equipment Association (NPES) Board of Directors. Women In Production (WIP), in March 2003, awarded him its prestigious Luminaire Award. In May 2001, the Association of Graphic Communications honored him with the Power of Communication Award. The award recognizes leaders in the graphic arts for their positive influence, creative excellence and outstanding achievements in the world of communications and publishing.

A management graduate of the State University of New York (SUNY) Buffalo, Jacobson holds a master's degree in industrial relations from the Cornell School of Industrial Relations. He additionally holds a juris doctor degree from Pace University School of Law and is admitted to the bar in New York and New Jersey.
