Knowlogy has integrated WinVista Pro into its computer training services to more quickly assess the progress and effectiveness of its training. With WinVista Pro, every application window or function that a user accesses is audited and centrally recorded in the activity database in 'real-time.'

Using this feature, Knowlogy is able to monitor each student as they move through coursework, which will help to quickly identify any areas of confusion. The final report produced by WinVista Pro provides trainers with a concise view of the entire training session, its overall effectiveness and possible areas of follow-up training requirements.

Additionally, the report provides support staff with detailed information about possible problem areas , aiding in more timely resolution of subsequent trouble calls from students once they have started using the application in their work environment.
