Knowledge Well Appoints Gregory M. Priest as Chief Executive Officer.

Priest, who joined CBT Group in 1995, has been responsible for the company's financial activities during a significant period of growth. Prior to CBT Group, Priest was elected partner at Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich and Rosati, where he worked with a variety of emerging growth software companies, including CBT Group. Priest will remain a member of the CBT Group board of directors and plans to remain close to the company in an advisory role.
