Knowledge Products debuts OnDemand Personal Navigator 8.0.

Knowledge Products recently released version 8.0 of its OnDemand Personal Navigator. The new version delivers dramatic usability improvements as well as new tools for usage tracking and role-based filtering of learning materials that help enterprises more effectively develop, deploy and update critical documentation, training and performance support information for all employees. OnDemand 8.0 provides a synchronized content development platform for business process documentation, user training simulations and material, and in-application performance support throughout the life cycle of an enterprise software application project.

The newest release of OnDemand Personal Navigator extends an organization's ability to accurately document all business processes within an enterprise software implementation and develop other supporting materials--all in a single authoring session--to help ensure consistency and uniformly high quality across all project phases and teams.

The latest version of OnDemand Personal Navigator provides updated support for SAP 4.7, PeopleTools 8.42 and Siebel 7.5 enterprise software. OnDemand 8.0 provides employees with guided access to role-specific training exercises without ever having to leave the enterprise software application that they're using. Training is delivered consistently to every employee and mirrors the company's business processes to ensure users learn exactly what they need to know at precisely the right time.
