Available in print or online, it will be published six times a year and an annual subscription costs $531 print or online; $690 for both editions. Kluwer said the journal is a legal information service that provides an overview of current developments in European company and securities law with coverage of "all the issues" affecting European company law, including cross-border activity and the evolving law of the European Union The Law of the European Union is the unique legal system which operates alongside the laws of Member States of the European Union (EU).
