 -- Klondex Mines Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: KDX) announced today that its common shares have been approved for listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange Toronto Stock Exchange (TSE)

Canada's largest stock exchange, trading approximately 1,200 company stocks and 33 options.
 ("TSX") under the stock symbol "KDX." The Company's common shares will be listed and posted for trading on the TSX with the opening of trading on Monday, February 26, 2007. Klondex's common shares will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange TSX Venture Exchange

Originally called the Canadian Venture Exchange (CDNX), this was a result of the merger of the Vancouver and Alberta stock exchanges. The goal of TSX Venture Exchange is to provide venture companies with effective access to capital while protecting investors.
