Klegg Electronics Schedules Launch of New GENESIS Line of Flat Panel Televisions, Speakers and Portable Media Players.

LAS VEGAS -- Klegg Electronics, Inc. (Pink Sheets:KLGE) announced the launch date of its new GENESIS line of flat panel televisions, speaker systems and Klegg mini MP3 and digital video MPEG4 players. The new Klegg GENESIS products will feature the same quality components as the high-end high-performance Klegg Electronics line but will be geared toward a broader consumer electronics market with lower pricing and greater retail distribution. The first GENESIS flat panel televisions, speakers and Klegg mini MP3 players will appear in retail chains, on various internet e-tailers, and on the new Klegg GENESIS web-site on January 08, 2007.

To date, the Klegg Electronics product line has been classified as high-end and high-performance with features like Klegg's next generation Smart Home Technology, that allow multiple TVs, Media Players and audio products to communicate with each other over the internet. Prior to the launch of GENESIS, the Company's primary channel for distribution of its products has been specialty high-end retailers and custom installers.
