 Technologyies purchased Building 6, a 45,800 s/f, two-story office, laboratory, warehouse and manufacturing facility. The seller, Symrise, Inc., a global fragrance and flavors manufacturer, was represented in the transaction by Real Estate Strategies Corporation.
