The leasing team of Faith Hope Consolo, vice chairman, and Joseph A. Aquino, managing director, of Garrick-Aug Worldwide, Ltd., represented the landlord in leasing the retail space at 589 First Ave., between 33rd and 34th Streets in the Kips Bay area of Manhattan, to Zams. The new store is approximately 1,200 s/f.
