Kimberly-Clark increases quarterly dividend.

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 13, 1996--Kimberly-Clark Corporation (NYSE:KMB KMB - Kempen & Co Merchant Bank (Germany)

KMB - Kowloon Motor Bus (Hong Kong)) today increased its quarterly dividend 2.2 percent to 46 cents from 45 cents per share.

The board of directors declared the dividend payable on April 2, 1996, to stockholders of record on March 8, 1996. This is the 24th consecutive year Kimberly-Clark has raised its dividend.

Kimberly-Clark is a manufacturer of household, personal care and health care products, as well as newsprint and business, correspondence and technical papers.
