Kim Horstman. (Bankers).

Kim Horstman has been promoted to vice president/banking manager of the Koger office of Mercantile Bank in St. Petersburg, Fla. Previously she was a business development executive. She succeeds Donita Martin, who becomes manager of Mercantile's Apollo Beach office. Martin is currently a senior in the Florida School of Banking.
