Kilfoyle may face charges.

FORMER defence minister Peter Kilfoyle last night said he would relish having his day in court, after government prosecutors said they may charge him over a leaked Iraq war memo.

Apolice file on the Walton MP is now under reviewby the Crown Prosecution Service. He told the Daily Post: "I was interviewed by the police about 15 months ago, but people have a habit of using these things to keep you quiet.

"I would relish the opportunity to have my day in court to argue about Iraq, but I don't think that will happen."
