 and abused youngsters, announced that it will honor Jacky Teplitzky, an executive vice president at Prudential Douglas Elliman, at Work Life Matters Magazine's Third Annual Awards Gala, where the charity is being recognized as the "Top Non-Profit Organization A non-profit organization (abbreviated "NPO", also "non-profit" or "not-for-profit") is a legally constituted organization whose primary objective is to support or to actively engage in activities of public or private interest without any commercial or monetary profit purposes. ."

The event will take place on Thursday, October 5, at Club 101 at 101 Park Avenue in Manhattan. Tickets are $295 and are available by contacting Lori Sokol, Work Life Matters Magazine's publisher, at 201-459-0181. Seating is limited.

"Jacky is outstanding in her commitment to the Pajama Program," says Genevieve Piturro, executive director.

"Teplitzky joined the charity's advisory board in 2004.Since that time --and even before--Jacky has been actively engaged in our mission, which is to provide an atmosphere of love and warmth to children who are living very hard lives. Along with her family, she has donated do·nate
