Key Paychex Executive Walter Turek Named to Greenway Medical Technologies Board of Directors.

Turek is Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Paychex, Inc., a leading national provider of payroll and human resource services, where he oversees the company's sales force of approximately 2,000 people. The company's National Sales Support, Business Development and Business Communications departments also report to Turek. In addition, Turek oversees the company's international efforts, which currently reach into the German marketplace. Turek also serves as President of two wholly owned subsidiaries of Paychex: Stromberg, a leading provider of time and attendance solutions; and Rapid Payroll, Inc., a California-based payroll software company. Turek was named to his current position in 2002 and previously served as Vice President of Sales from 1989 until 2002 for the company.
