), the leader in supply chain control solutions, today announced the signing of an agreement to join organizations with IPACS IPACS Integrated Power/Attitude Control System (aerospace)  e-Solutions Group, a leading IT solution provider for the Transportation and Logistics industry. The IPACS e-Solutions Group includes offices in Singapore, Hong Kong and Shanghai that together serve marketplaces across Southeast Asia, Korea, Japan and Greater China.
