Kevlin Corporation makes announcement.

Corporation (Nasdaq National Market: KVLM) announced that on November 10, 1995, Arthur C. Williams, the President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of Kevlin, resigned as an officer and director of Kevlin. On November 16, 1995, the Board of Directors elected John J. Moran as the President of Kevlin. Mr. Moran had previously held the position of Vice President and Clerk of Kevlin, as well as serving as a director of Kevlin. In addition to serving as President, Mr. Moran will continue to serve as the Clerk and as a director of Kevlin.
