Kerzner International Ltd, through its subsidiaries a developer/operator of destination resorts, casinos and luxury hotels, on Aug. 28 said the acquisition of the Company by an investor group led by Sol Kerzner, the Company's Board Chairman, and Butch Kerzner, the CEO, was approved by shareholders. The company's flagship brand is Atlantis, which includes Atlantis, Paradise Island, a 2,317-room, ocean-themed destination resort on Paradise Island.
