Acorde and J.D. Edwards Integrations Will Increase Efficiency and
Optika Inc. (Nasdaq:OPTK), a leading provider of collaborative commerce software, Tuesday announced that Kent Electronics Corp. and SARGENT Manufacturing have purchased the Acorde suite of imaging, workflow and collaboration software.
The two industry leaders will deploy Acorde Context and Process along with the Acorde ERP B2B Pak, which enables seamless integration with existing J.D. Edwards enterprise business systems.
Kent Electronics Corp. (NYSE:KNT), a recognized leader in the electronics industry focusing on specialty distribution and network integration, will utilize Acorde Context and Process to streamline and automate its accounts payable processes.
Leveraging Acorde will allow Kent to enhance the capabilities of its J.D. Edwards WorldVision application as well as automate its time-consuming voucher entry process.
